Book your appointment online — choose your service, pick a time that works for you, and we'll take care of the rest. Prefer to call? We're happy to help over the phone.
Appointments
- All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for a brief consultation.
- Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to respect the next client's time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure appointments for color services, keratin treatments, and hair extensions.
- Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service and are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
- Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
Services & Pricing
- All prices listed are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and the complexity of the service.
- A complimentary consultation is offered for color corrections, extensions, and any service requiring a custom quote.
- All prices are all-inclusive — taxes, professional products, consumable materials, professional equipment, and stylist time are included.
Children & Guests
- For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that children not receiving services remain supervised at all times.
- We love our little clients! Children's services are available — please mention this when booking.
Health & Safety
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. We will waive the cancellation fee for illness-related cancellations.
- A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any chemical color service for first-time color clients.
