The journey
From Barcelona to Ocala.
Julia is an experienced and talented licensed cosmetologist and Dominican hairstylist who is deeply passionate about her craft. She manages every texture with confidence and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
In 2008–2009 she lived in Barcelona, Spain, where she trained at the prestigious Llongueras Academy — mastering advanced blonde hair color (light and dark, natural color base), women's haircuts, and anti-frizz treatments. After completing her training she returned to the Dominican Republic, where she is originally from, and continued working in the industry until 2011.
She then moved to the United States to continue her career, bringing her international expertise to Ocala, Florida. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Julia serves a diverse clientele with the same exacting standard she developed across three countries.
